i had a twin room . the room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was good, the staff were helpful with gluten free options, and i plan to return as the location is great.
i booked a twin room and one of the mattresses was sagging badly. it was very uncomfortable and had to be replaced after i reported it. i was disappointed it happened in the first place, as it was obvious.

the location was acceptable and convenient for getting around the city.
The room i was given was in poor condition, it had damaged ceiling tiles and stains on the carpet and an awful smell was there. the tea and coffee service was not replenished after the first night. I had to buy my own coffee.
